TRY-OUTS: AUGUST  30TH AND 31ST 6-8 PM AT WEST LAFAYETTE HIGH SCHOOL

*Only need to participate 1 night*

• Please bring a swim suit and towel, goggles also
• Skills will be assessed and swimmer assigned to a group that day
• Returning swimmers do not need to try-out again
• Bring your insurance card with you - you will need it to fill out medical forms
• Bring swimmer's Birth Certificate or another proof of date of birth

All schedules for practice, meets, and fees will be available at the Call-out/Try-out

FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE = SEPTEMBER 1

• Returning swimmers must turn in all SC forms and fees at this time
• No swimmers will be allowed to register for SC until all outstanding balances are paid.
• ALL swimmers must submit a copy of Birth Ceritificate with registration
