Bronze D
The swimmers participating in the Bronze group typically range from
the ages of 5 to 9 years old. This group’s primary emphasis
is to develop those swimmers who are at the minimum skill level
needed to join the team. The practices provide instruction on the
proper stroke techniques for the four competitive strokes. These
swimmers are just starting out on the team and will transition to
the Bronze group when the required skills are
developed.

competitive stage which requires time to be spent on conditioning
as well as instruction.
